OX BioMed was created to solve the problems we experienced firsthand: delayed shipments, incomplete tracking, vague billing, slow response times, and vendor silence. We saw vendors offering inaccurate industry guidance, lacking the real-world knowledge clinics need to stay compliant and confident.
